We’re Better Beer. We help Canadian bars and restaurants improve their draught beer quality, profitability, and sales. We’ve been doing this since 2009 and are industry-recognised leaders in draught beer quality assurance.

We are looking for someone to help interview potential Beer Quality Auditors.

We have the process figured out, but we need someone to do our initial video interviews with potential candidates.

What Is Better Beer?

The position is part-time casual; you make your schedule.
Work from home.
0-20 hours a week. Some weeks, there may be no interviews; other weeks, there may be several days of interviews.

Interviews are done during weekday daytimes - Monday through Thursday, between 930a and 3p Eastern.

Interviews are 20 minutes in length, and we have the process (script, assessment, and questions) already.

You must have a computer with a working camera and audio.

Qualifications:

• People skills - not afraid to speak with people
• Computer skills - comfortable using a computer, Google Calendar, and hosting video calls
• Has some experience in a corporate setting, preferably managing a team
• Some HR experience would be nice, but certainly not mandatory

Compensation:

You will receive $10.00 for each 20-minute booked interview ($30 per hour). We will book the interviews based on your availability.

We'll also pay you $30 per hour for the initial training, which should take about eight hours.

You will be hired as an independent contractor, not an employee.
