Ask your line cleaning company
if they soak and scrub your couplers and faucets when they clean your lines.
Chances are they don't. Ask them if their system pulsates the cleaning
solution continuously through the lines.
Our "scrubbing action" really cleans your system. We dismantle all of the parts and hand
clean them with a brush. Because you care about the safety of your guests,
we check the ph level of the beer after cleaning to ensure that all of the
cleaning solution is flushed from the line. Our philosophy...Why not do it properly?
Our service representatives...
We
employ Service Representatives, not just technicians.
Our reps are trained Draught Technicians, graduates of the MicroMatic Dispense Institute
Draught Technician program, but they are there to provide service. We
develop an understanding of your business and look out for your best
interest.
We don't install draught lines, we service them. Our reps have a maximum
of 40 accounts. You will see the same service rep at every call, not just
whoever is around. You will see them every two
weeks.
technical services...
We clean your lines once a month, but check your entire system every
two weeks. We take a "System Snapshot" ©.
Here's a sample of what we check:
- Temperature - liquid, walk-in, faucet, glasses
- Pressure - leaks, gas quality, correct pressure, gas supply
- Glycol - leaks, viscosity, temperature
- Glasswasher - chemical levels, beer clean glasses
- Rotation - FIFO
- Misc. parts - we give you o-rings, faucet caps, and
replace spill bucket lines when needed. In your walk-in, we provide a
brand tag for each line so staff can identify lines correctly.
We provide a full-page written report on your system,
so you can tell at a glance what needs attention. It is this meticulous
attention to detail that helps ensure a perfect system; a system that won't
break down on Friday night.
You make sure that your gill, your fryer, and your walk-in food cooler are
all in great working order. Why not take care of the system that represents
at least 20% of your sales?
We are so certain that we will get your system running perfectly, we do
NOT charge for service calls. If your system does act up on
the weekend...call us. We'll respond for FREE.
