Ontario beer drinkers are demanding better quality draught beer which means that the BetterBeer.com program is growing and now we need some help! We’re hiring part-time BetterBeer.com auditors! These positions are perfect for someone looking for some extra spending money and who has a few hours of free time each month.
We are looking for Draught Quality Certification Auditors in the following markets:
WESTERN ONTARIO – The territory covers the following loop/route: Windsor, Chatham, Wallaceburg, Petrolia, and Sarnia. Currently there are 5 audits per month in this area for which we will pay $225. Any additional audits that we add into your territory, we will increase your compensation. The loop is about 340 kms of driving and should be able to be done in about 8 hours, including driving and doing the audits (which take about 10 minutes each). Audits need to be completed monthly (see below) and can be done on your day off if you work full-time somewhere else. Wouldn't an extra 225 per month be nice? ONE POSITION LEFT
Once a month we will provide you with a list of establishments in your region that will need to be audited sometime during the following calendar month. Each audit takes about 5-10 minutes to execute and then about 2 minutes to post on line within 24 hours of visiting the establishment. You can do the audits seven days a week, but not during the restaurant’s busy time (i.e.: Friday noon-2pm or Friday 6-9pm). If you plan your day carefully, you can complete 15-20 audits a day. You will be employed as a consultant.
We will work with the successful applicant to teach you about draught beer systems and draught quality, how to execute an audit, and how to post audits. We’ll also give you a uniform and all of the tools you’ll require to do the audits. We will then travel to several audits with you to help you get the hang of things.
You should have:- Restaurant/ bar or sales experience
- Valid driver’s licence and vehicle
- Home computer with internet connection to post audits on-line within 24 hours of completing the audit
- A personality that allows you to coach and connect with young bartenders just as easily as the owner of a multi-million dollar restaurant.
