These bars and restaurants have passed their monthly BetterBeer.com audit (that is more frequent than the health department inspects most kitchens with the City's Dine Safe Program) to ensure they are meeting our strict beer certification program criteria. Like any certification program, this isn't a guarantee that the establishment pours better draught beer, what it does is it gives you a really good chance that you will get a better pint of draught beer in these certified establishments versus other bars and restaurants who are not listed here.
