A former Server, Bartender, Bar Manager, General Manager, Restaurant Management teacher at George Brown College, and restaurant consultant, Steve Riley is the President of 3 Degrees C (a draught training company) and BetterBeer.com Ltd. (a beer quality certification company). Both companies share a single mission – to increase the quality of draught beer at point of dispense through education and certification.

Since 2001, Steve has delivered over 1,000 beer educational sessions for hospitality management/staff and brewery sales representatives across Canada and the USA. Steve’s hospitality industry experience allows him to easily relate to staff participants. Steve Riley is one of only a handful of Certified Cicerones™ in Canada, which is the beer equivalent of a sommelier and a Recognized Beer Judge.
